DANCE

 

Casey Collier Rogers - Owner & Dance Director


Casey is a 2016 graduate of Clinton High School and is now married to Andrew Rogers of Petal, MS. She started her dance training here in her hometown of Clinton, MS at the age of four. Since then, she has trained for nineteen years in both contemporary and commercial dance all over the country, including New York City, Los Angeles, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Casey was also a member of Attache Show Choir where she was a singer/dancer for four years. Casey graduated college from the University of Southern Mississippi where she majored in Dance Performance and Choreography. Throughout college she attended multiple dance intensives such as Doug Varone and Company in NYC, Bodytraffic Contemporary Dance in CA, and Tokyo the Academy in L.A. She also received many opportunities to perform, choreograph, and teach with USM's Repertory Dance Company. After graduation, Casey joined Ad Deum Dance Company in Houston, TX where she was in the Main Company for their 2020-2021 season. Casey has also trained in cheer and tumble for six years at Clinton Tumble and Cheer and two years with Clinton Junior High's cheer team. She cheered competitively for multiple years before deciding to hone in on dancing. Casey feels blessed and grateful to have many experiences and opportunities to learn and perform throughout her life. This is truly what she loves to do, and she hopes it is all used for God's glory and kingdom!

Collett Hudson - Dance Instructor


Collett is an upcoming senior in high school attending Saint Augustine School in Ridgeland. She trained in classical ballet for 14 years with Ballet Magnificat! and served as captain for Magnificat Youth Ballet during her final year at Ballet Magnificat. She has attended various intensives throughout her training including Ballet Magnificat summer dance intensive, Alabama Ballet intensive, the International Ballet Competition school program, and Project Dance Houston. With her time as a ballet student recently coming to a close, she is expectant to see how the Lord will use her to pass down dance training as a form of worship. She is passionate about sharing the redeeming love of Christ through the medium of dance and looks forward to teaching students to use their gifts to honor and glorify our Creator!

 

 

Anna Grace Brister - Dance Instructor 


 

Anna Grace is a rising sophomore at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. She danced for Kids for Christ Performing Arts under Mrs. Debbie Cashion for 4 years. Subsequently, she was a singer/dancer in Ambassadors and Attaché Show Choir at Clinton High School for 5 years. Upon graduating, she felt the Lord call her to teach dance at her alma mater, First Presbyterian Day School of Jackson, Mississippi, where she has been the director/choreographer for their after-school dance programs Arise & Shine Dance and Pure Energy Dance for the past year. While in college, Anna Grace has studied Biology-Medical Sciences and Public Health, while maintaining her place on the Mississippi College Dance Team. In addition to her studies, she has worked as a freelance Music Editor for 3 years. She is very excited to use dance as a creative outlet to show her love for Lord through the medium of dance education and expand her reach to lead more children to to do the same.
 

 

 

Cassandra Davis - Ballet Instructor

 

 

Cassandra was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has just moved to Ridgeland, MS. She has been dancing ballet for eleven years. For the last seven years she trained at Delaware Valley Dance Academy. Since 2019, she has done five Summer Intensives and three Fall Intensives with Ballet Magnificat! In March 2023, Cassandra received her bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership and Management from Liberty University. She is now a trainee with Ballet Magnificat! She loves teaching ballet and encouraging her students to dance excellently and joyfully for the glory of God!

 

 

 


 

 

CHEER

 

Emma Scott - Cheer Director & Satellite Programs Coordinator


Emma Scott was born and raised in Clinton, MS. She graduated from Clinton High School in 2017 and graduated with a Business Administration degree from Mississippi College in 2021. She has many years of experience in gymnastics, tumbling, and competitive cheer. Emma started taking gymnastics at age three and competed until the age of thirteen. She then decided to hone in on competitive cheerleading and fell in love with the sport. Emma competed for several years until she graduated from high school. She has always had a passion for working with children, and she started working as a cheer/tumble coach at Kids for Christ Performing Arts in 2018. She has fallen in love with teaching the sport she was so passionate about herself while spreading the Gospel. Emma feels blessed with the opportunity to have worked at Kids for Christ for three years and is excited for the many years at Exalt Dance and Cheer to come.

Julia Brundige - Cheer/Tumble Instructor


Julia was born in San Antonio, TX and moved to Clinton, MS when she was eight years old. From there, she began attending school at Central Hinds Academy and also joined their cheerleading team. God had a different plan for her, and she was introduced to competitive cheer at the formerly Kids for Christ Performing Arts Center. During this time she gained a love for competitive cheer and being able to learn about God. After three years of school cheer and four years of competitive cheer, a back injury led Julia to an opportunity to serve as a cheer coach. Since then, she has fallen in love with getting to teach little ones how to cheer and being able to spread the Gospel. Now she is excited for the many years to come of coaching young cheerleaders and teaching them the Word of God at Exalt Dance and Cheer!

OFFICE

Avery Rogers - Office Administrator


Avery graduated from Pearl High School in 2020. She is currently working on her nursing prerequisites at Hinds Community College and hopes to attend nursing school through the University of Mississippi Medical Center in the summer of 2023. Avery has various backgrounds of experience as a receptionist, and when she is not working, she can be found reading or watching Grey’s Anatomy. She loves making new friends and is excited for her time at Exalt Dance and Cheer!
